The Slim Finn evolved from my necker patterns into a neck/belt EDC knife with a small size and maximum functionality. I keep the blades in the 2-3.5 inch range, and the profile narrow. However, I do leave plenty of thickness on the handles. Generally the overall length of these knives will be 5.75 to 7.5 inches long - with 6.5 being about average. I keep the blade narrow - generally about 3/4 to 7/8 inch. For grinds I do either a scandi grind or a tapered saber grind with a convex or V final edge bevel.
These are light, nimble, and handy knives - my take on the essential EDC of the north.
